Entrada is a lovely community, the management and maintenance team are awesome. They are very courteous, friendly, and helpful. I am new to the Entrada community, and all of my interactions with my new neighbors in passing or in the elevators have been nothing but pleasant. We just moved into the studio apartment a little over a week ago and we love it. We love how close we are to other areas of downtown and the staff that we've had contact with have been very nice.

The property has done a 180 in regards to service and satisfaction. The Amenities are also accessible & top notch. I am very satisfied and pleased with my residence and as long as this management team is in place I plan to be here a long time. I Have enjoyed living here For three years now. Outstanding pool Area and I Enjoy the Dog park improvements too. Seems to be a safe community with nice people.

This is in an apartment we gut renovated and combined two apartments in Brooklyn Heights. Open plan means having open spaces with the fewest amount of walls possible. You want to open up your living space and configure the walls and rooms in your apartment to allow for large open spaces if you can. This property has studios to two bedrooms starting at $1,987/mo.

We have live at this complex for two and a half years and since the Envii team arrived it has improved immensely. We now enjoy where we live and feel safe in our community. There is an amazing dog park with turf as well as shaded area for your pet to play and meet new friends. The two pools are beautiful and perfect for laying out or taking a quick dip.
Be careful anytime you go near the dumpsters. They also use chemicals on the grass that are totally toxic for dogs. This is all on top of the fact that the units are very poorly made, you will hear every single conversation your neighbors have and every single time they use the sink, toilet, etc. Dual washing machine/dryer takes 4-5 hours to do one load and water is of such poor quality it will leave terrible stains on all your dishes. Management is aware of serious safety concerns but for some reason will not put up a simple fence to protect tenants. I appreciate the staff being responsive and resolving my issues quickly.

Their office is open seven days a week and it’s always fun to drop in and say hi. Aimee and David bring a high level of energy to Entrada every day and are always in a positive mood. The location of the apartment is very convenient because I work downtown and it’s a short walking distance every day. With grills set up on top, it’s a great place to celebrate a holiday or hang out with family and friends. The first weekend I moved in I was able to hear the Metallica concert at Petco Park from the roof. After seeing the concept designs for the new Entrada vision including an expanded gymnasium and a creative set up on the rooftop, Entrada shows a lot of potential this summer.
